What has always been a driver for me in my work is seeing the proof of every effort we make together with a client manifesting in improving his or her life. The strength, skills and overall mindset that clients build while working with me is the true reward and gives me real purpose.
I try to show people a different perspective on movement, nutrition, breathing, and strength both physical and mental. I am always in search of working systems because working with every person requires individual approach. It is my belief that we need to constantly educate ourselves about our body and mind in order to maintain longevity and health.

I try combining the understanding of alignment and anatomy with the joy of balance and movement. In my classes I create space to have some fun and explore the endless possibilities of your body.

Our bodies’ health is determined by our perception of it. Love your body and it will love you back. It is the only home you will spend your whole life, take care of it.
My goal is to give tools to the clients to start understanding the signals of their bodies. To raise awareness, and free them from the thought of guilt when they “break” their diet/program. The workout is not another “job” we need to check off the list. It is time with ourselves where we can expand our capabilities. Warning! It leads to addiction, improved health and reduces stress.
To be completed, a person needs to have internal balance. The way to achieve it is with motivation and devotion. It’s not only a question of physical manner, it’s about balancing your mental and spiritual energy as well. Once physically strong and open minded for the world a person is invulnerable.
During the years I have built a solid base by practicing different sports. I have also learnt to accept and respect other people’s knowledge and views by meeting a lot of different cultures. There is always something more and new to learn out there.
